Welcome to Rotary Club of Kharghar Midtown:
Rotary Club of Kharghar Midtown is a representation of Rotary International through Rotary District 3131, it works for the community in and around Kharghar.
Rotary Club of Kharghar Midtown' was chartered in September2006.
Rotary Kharghar currently has highly committed, around 50 professionals (plus their family members) who lead their vocations. Al members have come together with the purpose of service to the society in and around

Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. As a regular practice, the club members meet every Saturday to discuss various ways they can contribute to the society and share responsibilities, as soon as the project is conceived.

Rotary Club of Kharghar Midtown is involved in the various Community Welfare Programs in association with Corporate organisations through their CSR projects &also Government agencies like CIDCO, PMC, Traffic Police &Fire Department:
• Safe Drinking Water, Sanitation &Hygiene Programs for Zila Parishad Schools (WASH in Schools) • Education Programs for Zila Parishad Schools (RDEP)
• Regular Blood Donation Camps; almost every quarter • Tree Plantation Drive

Supporting Polio Eradication Initiative

Cancer Awareness Programs, Cataract Surgeries, Dental camps, Mental health awareness workshops,

Drug deaddiction awareness camps
• Teachers Training Programs
• Vocational Excellence awards: Felicitation of Achievers in different fields
• Road Safety workshops (In association with Navi Mumbai Traffic Police) • Fire Safety Drills (In association with Kharghar Fire station)
• Soft Skills training workshops for Students
• Eco friendly Ganesha Making workshop during Ganesh Festival
• Good touch &Bad touch sessions for the Little Angels
• Happy Village Projects
• CSR Projects for health and education with CRISIL, CEdge, Deepak Fertilizer, ONGC, BPCL to name a

• Covid Vaccination Drive (In association with Panvel Municipal Corporation) : We had Vaccinated
30,000 +individuals.
• Rotary Medical Centre in association with Manusmruti Senior Citizen's home in sector 30 Kharghar,
• Catering to the Medical requirements of the underprivileged people.
• Distribution of Groceries &toiletries to the Old age homes &orphanages
• Vaccination for the Prevention of Cervical Cancer to the underprivileged Young Girls

Mission Statement –  Strategy Plan ·         Make club strong o   Increase membership (2015-16- 50, 2016-17- 62, 2017-18-75) o   Increase lady Rotarian- Minimum 20% by 2017 o   Member retention §  Over 90% §  Mentor prodigy relationship o   Increase attendance (2015-16- >45%, 2016-17- >50%, 2017-18->55%) §  Separate attendance of Ann’s and Annet’s §  Attendance in service project shall be considered as attendance in meeting o   Participation in service projects (2015-16- >15%, 2016-17- >20%, 2017-18->25%) §  Record of participation of Ann’s and Annet’s in service projects o   Participation in district leadership team, PP’s to take over leader ship roles in district ·         Increase humanitarian service o   Drive bolder projects like WINS, RDEP, Safe drinking water, Health service and Community projects §  One each focus project every year, for consecutive 3 years from 2015-16. §  Revisit plan in 2016-17 o   Build and operate CSR committee with members fixed for minimum 2 years to secure corporate funding §  Team structure to be in place by end of June 2016 §  Operating model to be ready by end of April 2016 §  Secure minimum one CSR funding per year o   100 % donor club in 2015-16 o   Per capita contribution of $50 by 2016-17 ·         Enhance public image and awareness o   Appearance in local print media, at least 2 times in a year with community projects o   Minimum 1 road show OR larger community project OR Walkethon OR Rally OR Rotary Day celebration in Public place, per year o   To identify local prominent traffic island with Rotary Image, to be maintained by club, secure and start operating by end of May 2017.
