| Minutes of Meeting | A. Admin Director has given the budget brief and requested members to give the confirmation for picnic so that their team can plan the logistics. Attendees:- (7 - Offline, 6 - Online were present) Rtn Harsha, Rtn Ritesh, Rtn Dr Sameer, Rtn Kamlesh A, Rtn Jayawant, Rtn Anup & Rtn Dr Ravikiran. Rtn Anamika, Rtn Dr Sagar, Rtn Dr Sapna, Rtn Shailesh, Rtn Sunil & Rtn Dr Arti. Minutes: President Rtn Anup meeting called to order followed by national anthem and agenda Points taken one after other. 1. 2. 3. 4. B. PI' s director indicated about having a meeting with local Govt Bodies and request to grant us garden space. C. Membership: Since the director couldn 't attend, Rtn Anup has updated about Prospects members and plan of inviting them for upcoming meetings. D. International Services: Director indicated to have a session on this avenue so that all members are aware of what can be done under this avenue, and also requested all members to attend this year ' s RI Convention in Singapore. E. Treasurer has updated about the pending fees, Rotaract invoice has received and pending audited files of RY 2022-23 |
