| Minutes of Meeting | RC Kharghar Midtown Business Meet -08 Date: 28th February 2024 Time: 2100 Hrs Online Attendees: Rtn Anup, Rtn Dr Ravikiran, Rtn Shailesh Patel, Rtn Sham Phadnis, Rtn Sunil, Rtn Dr Arti, Rtn Kamlesh A. Minutes: Discussed on previous meeting’s MOM Points and agreed. Agenda: 1. Update on AG & DG Visit preparations 2. Fund raiser Update Meeting called to order and followed by National Anthem. Following points were discussed. o President has explained the about upcoming visits of AG ( on 9th March) DG (on 22nd March), requested all avenue directors to submit their report to secretary so that they can compile and also requested to present on these both days. o Secretary suggested to have a special theme of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ (Colored with Saffron) to acknowledge the accomplishments of Ram Mandir Construction for which members agreed to initiate this innovative idea. o Rtn Sunil suggested to give the responsibility of showcasing the projects to Annets so that they also feel the participation and enhance their public speaking skills. o It was also suggested to wear RID 3131 pin along with the traditional wear and Pheta (Traditional Cap) o Regarding Fund Raiser, PE Rtn Shailesh explained and updated the status of FR. o Requested every member to contribute for the upcoming souvenir for this fund raiser. o Rtn Kamlesh Suggested to use the assistance of Rotaractors to get some survey related to Fund raiser. o Rtn Sham has suggested to utilize the services of Rtn Srinivas Mantry for compiling the souvenir. o Rtn Kamlesh (PI Director) coming with some Car/Bike rally for canvassing the upcoming fund raiser. After these deliberations, meeting has been adjourned. |
