Finalization on One time Membership registration charges 2. Collection of Membership fees from new members Any other points with the prior approval of President Minutes: 1. Finalization on One time Membership registration charges It was decided in the previous AGM dated 4th Feb 2023, that the registration charges to be collected from new members should be INR 5000/- Considering current scenario, it was deliberated and concluded to keep this one-time registration fees as INR 3000/- from now onwards until further change. Proposed by Secretary, seconded by president and approved by all members 2. Collection of Membership fees from new members As per the pro-rata of membership fees for current year i.e. INR 1500/- per month plus one time registration charges of INR 3000/- plus 6 months membership charges for RY 2024-25 of INR 9000/-, (any difference in these membership fees post Planning assembly of RY 24-25 shall be adjusted in remaining tenure’s fees.) Proposed by Rtn Dr Kiran, seconded by Rtn Shailesh, and approved by all members. It was suggested by Rtn Dr Kiran that we should prepare AV of our Club as a promotional material so that we can showcase in our upcoming Fundraiser to attract prospective members. |
